Sale Service

1.Strictly inspection by our engineer after QC inspection before shipping,to make sure product quality is on the best situation.

2.Provide professional on-site installation technical instruction ,site debugging,product training and maintenance service according to the contract.

3.Provide full set of hardware and software training for your engineer to master the operation and maintenance.

After Sales Service

1.Warranty:

Provide all free replacement or maintenance(free for labor & material & management and financial etc)if there is product problem within warranty period(With the exception of man-made destruction or force majeure such as natural disasters).

2.Real-time communication service:

You can obtain technical support service by telephone,e-mail and other instant communication tools or remote assistance if there is any problem during usage.

3.The hardware and software upgrade service:

We will provide free life-long software application system maintenance and upgrade (including labor);you can contact our technical engineer or sales engineers if you have the hardware upgrade requirement, we will provide you the most favorable hardware upgrades service.

4.The annual inspection service:

We will provide you comprehensive maintenance of the led screen two times per year and we can provide the operation and maintenance training to your engineers according to your requirement.

5.Live support for big event

You can contact us in advance if you have big event and need live support.Engineer could be assigned to offer on-site support upon your requirements.

Other service

1.After warranty period,We will still provide life-long maintenance ,and only charge for material cost and labor cost.

2. We can provide effective service according to mutual agreement if there is problem with your LED screen which is not bought from us.
