I. Pixel Pitch

Pixel pitch, also referred to as dot pitch, is the center-to-center distance between adjacent pixel points (or LED ) on an LED screen and is commonly expressed in millimeters (mm). In the LED display industry, the size of the pixel pitch is often denoted by the letter “P.” For instance, P1.5 indicates a pixel pitch of 1.5 millimeters. The size of the pixel pitch directly determines the resolution and clarity of the display, which in turn affects the viewing experience of the audience.

 

II. Performance Characteristics Analysis

 

High Resolution and Clarity: A smaller pixel pitch means that there are more pixel points within a given area, resulting in a more refined and clear image. For example, a display with a P1.5 pixel pitch can show more detail and richer colors on the same size screen compared to a display with a P4 pixel pitch.

 

Close-Range Viewing Experience: Due to the small pixel pitch, viewers can watch the LED screen up close without distortion, which is particularly important in settings like meeting rooms and exhibition halls where close-up viewing is required.

 

Wide Viewing Angle: LED screens typically offer a large viewing angle, and a smaller pixel pitch further ensures that the audience can see a clear image across an even broader range.
